Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

If goods are received in damaged or Defective condition, then please contact us as soon as possible with the maximum of 7 days of the order delivery by sending email on info@grbby.com or report it by submitting request form online or alternatively you can phone us on +974 7727 7252. Our team shall reply you back within 30 days and in accordance with your consumer rights we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate if you received goods in damaged or defective condition.

We are unable to refund goods that have been wrongly installed, used or misuse and are not accountable for consequences for the same.

As a part of the quality assurance check we may ask you to email photograph of the damaged / product or the product which was not delivered as per the order and answer few questions as part of our quality assurance checks. In this case we will arrange collection of the damaged / faulty / Defective product / products not delivered as per the order. We will collect the product(s) from the address it was delivered. Please contact us to find out if you are eligible for it. Upon inspection at our warehouse, we will inform you if you are eligible for a refund / exchange or not. If you are eligible we will send a replacement at our cost.

We will not be responsible for any items damaged / faulty if the items were re-sold. Re-seller(s) is / are responsible for all the damages / fault and returns to the customer(s).

In addition to above, the customer(s) swill be responsible for the below mentioned;

  • Items are in original condition
  • Items are unused, unmarked and in original packaging
  • Items must be in a re-saleable condition, dismantled if you receive item unassembled.
  • Items is complete with original undamaged packaging.
  • Items are re-packaged cautiously in the packaging material used to deliver.
  • We cannot accept returns on any items, which have been specially manufactured or ordered for you.

We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returned parcels, please obtain proof of posting and adequate insurance for loss or damage.

Warranty/Guarantee Information

The product warranty/Guarantee and its time is as per the business / brand. Any manufacturing defect (Before buy please check if your products are under warranty/Guarantee).

Any misuse of the product such as accidental damage, re-sold and etc. will not be covered under the warranty/Guarantee. To meet the requirements for the warranty/guarantee, the product must have been used accordingly.
